COVID-19 Update

Our office and display homes are open and visits are by appointment in line with guidelines by the authorities. We are focused on making your journey towards your new home a smooth and safe experience, and additional safeguards like sanitizers and masks are introduced to ensure your safety, and that of our staff.   

Is Metronest Homes open under the current government advice? 
The construction industry is considered an essential service currently. The shutdown of non-essential services currently in force does not apply to building, construction and development sites.

Are Metronest Display Homes open? Can I walk into the Display Homes?
Our display homes are open, but can be visited by appointment only. To meet the safety procedures for yourself and for our staff, you are requested to complete a questionnaire prior to visiting. Please click ‘Request a call back’ to book and appointment and to complete the COVID-19 screening questionnaire.

Can my appointment be conducted online or over the phone?
Yes! Please book an appointment, and we would be happy to help.

Will my build process be delayed because of restrictions COVID-19?
We are taking all the necessary steps to work around the constraints . Currently, we do not anticipate any delays in the build process.

If you answered yes to any of the questions above, access to Metronest Homes office / display homes will not be permitted. Please return completed questionnaire prior to your visit Metronest Homes in order to not delay or prevent your entry to our site location.
