Where there is a shortfall of service we will compensate our Customers as per agreed terms in the contract. The quality of workmanship and finish of your home will be as per our display home standards. Furnishings and fittings will be as per contract, and any agreed changes and related costs will be put in writing. We honour all our commitments.

Your home will be built to the highest possible standards, with regular inspections throughout the build and a guarantee when you move in, so you can contact us with any maintenance requests during the first three months, completely free of charge.
